Zengun Group AB (publ) ("Zengun" or the "Company") today announces that the Company has established a sustainability-linked bond framework (“SLB-Framework”) under which the Company can issue sustainability-linked bonds. The SLB-Framework is a further step in Zengun’s commitment to its sustainability goals and by extension contribute to a more sustainable urban development.
The sustainable performance targets selected for the SLB-Framework includes reducing the Company’s climate footprint in scope 1, 2 and 3, as further described in the SLB-Framework.
