Zengun and Pembroke sign turn-key contract for the new development of Hästen 21

Zengun expands its cooperation with Pembroke with the signing of a turn-key contract for the new development of Hästen 21. The project consists of approximately 40 000 m2 GFA with an order volume of 1,2 billion SEK. Zengun has previously been working for Pembroke in a consulting capacity.

Part of the development area Hästen, Hästen 21 is situated in the city centre of Stockholm at the intersection of Regeringsgatan/Mäster Samuelsgatan. Upon completion the building will comprise offices, residential apartments and retail destinations.

The building has ambitious sustainability requirements, with areas that are both efficient and flexible. The development will be certified according to LEED v4 Platinum, the highest standard on the market, which aligns with Zengun’s vision of constructing sustainable buildings with green building certifications.

Construction starts immediately and will be completed during the year 2026.
